For those who don't know, Jeff has just finished 7 years in school and we decied we need a holiday! My parents are on a mission in the Philippines, so my dad and I planned a surprise for my mom, and Jeff was just happy to get away. This is the plane that we took from Vancouver to Hong Kong... it was our friend for 13 hours.
So my dad told my mom that they need to pick up a man coming from Salt Lake. So my parents were there holding up a sign for Brother Walton.... my mom was looking for a man in a shirt and tie, so we got pretty close to them before she noticed us..... then there were a few tears.
We arrived at about midnight their time, 10 in the morning our time. The next morning we hit one of the many malls there. The Philippines is known for there Pearls, so we gals shopped for bobbles and bangles to our hearts content.
They also have a lot of other stuff, watches, crocks, clothes, bags... and sunglass. So the boys were kept busy too. They each picked up a pair of 'oakly' sunglasses. We call them best friend sunglasses....
So that was the first 2 days..... 10 more to go...

There are a lot of things I love about the last picture. #1, the tentative smiles on both because, #2, they have to put their arm around each other. #3, Best Friends! (Don't tell T you didn't get him a pair.) #4, the whole foot in between them.
